Developing and growing
Developing and growing
Growth is one of Origin's key priorities in its five year business plan. Our environment is increasingly competitive and we have risen to the challenge, by preparing ourselves to grow by 400 homes a year until 2010.
Connected
Our membership of the Connected partnership with Octavia and Shepherds Bush Housing Group has helped give us that strong platform, enabling us to procure services efficiently and share best practices in a dynamic business envrionment. Connected is growing at 1,000 homes a year in its north and west sub-regions of London and the home counties.

Origin's development team
We have a strong track record of achievement across a variety of commercial and residential property development, and are looking to add to our portfolio of projects.
The team is responsible for:
- Acquiring and developing new development opportunities by working closely with the Housing Corporation, local authorities, developers and other partners
- Identifying viable sites and evaluating their potential as sustainable new business proposals
- Acquiring land and property for re-development, with or without planning consent
Where we operate
Our areas of strength extend from Camden, north London where we have just completed the prestigious modern, multi-use Parkway, right up to north Hertfordshire where £26 million hospital accommodation is under construction in Welwyn Garden City.
We consider opportunities in all boroughs in this target area. Please contact us if you have any programmes we could apply our expertise and experience to.
